If you receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@olliegraymaternity.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. For all other returns or exchanges click the button below.

 

Returns and Exchanges happen. We try to make this process as seamless as possible for all our moms. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and choose to initiate a return, you may do so (using the provided return shipping label) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less original shipping and a $5 restock fee. It is important to note that the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. *Please take note of the washing instructions for our bras on the provided packaging. Ollie Gray™ is not responsible for damaged merchandise that has not been cleaned according to our proposed instructions.

Remember:

- The bra(s) must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place.

- The bra(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

- Please try on your bra(s) after a shower, without lotions, creams, or other products on your skin, over a tight-fitting tank or other piece of clothing until you are certain you will not require a return.

- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for bra(s) soiled with sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, etc.

- Please avoid exposing your bra(s) to strong smells such as cigarette smoke, cooking odors, perfume, etc. until you are certain that you will not require a return, as bras that have been exposed to these odors are not resalable and will not be accepted for return.

- Each bra will be evaluated for defects by our Quality Assurance Department. Any bra received that is not in its original condition (i.e. has sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, smells, etc.) will be returned back to you “as is,” without reimbursement.

- Ollie Gray™ is not responsible for damage to bras that have not been laundered according to the care label instructions.

- Your shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

- Gift/e-cards are non-refundable.

To cover shipping and handling, a $5.00 restocking fee is deducted from all total return amounts as well as original shipping cost, but you will receive a return/exchange shipping label and not be charged for shipment back to us. Please reach out to us via email for any sizing questions before ordering to avoid incorrect size selection.

If for any reason you need a different size or color and choose to initiate an exchange, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. A return shipping label will be provided upon meeting all requirements for an exchange. *Please take note of the washing instructions for our bras on the provided packaging. A $5.00 restock fee is charged as well as original shipping on all Returns/Exchanges. However, for exchanges, the post-return shipping back to you will be covered by Ollie Gray™.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your products being returned or exchanged during shipping.

We partner with a warehouse in South Carolina, in the United States, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our returns and exchanges.

The return shipping label provided by our team will have a complete mailing address to our distribution center.

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. 

If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece(s) out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days of receiving your item(s) to exchange.

If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 15 business days of receiving the refunded item to our warehouse.
